Sheila Schmidt, Kaizen's founder, brings a wealth of expertise. In addition to having over twenty years of experience in business development leadership, facilitation, and training, Sheila is a lifelong learner and is obtaining a master of science in organizational leadership at Johns Hopkins University in December, 2024. Sheila is certified through Brown University in Leadership and Performance Coaching. She is also certified through Multi Health Systems in EQi 2.0 & EQi 360 emotional intelligence administration and facilitation. Sheila provides valuable guidance and support to enhance the skills and effectiveness of leaders, equipping them to increase team motivation and engagement and navigate change confidently. She understands the unique dynamics and challenges in the professional services sector and provides targeted strategies to drive growth and improve performance.
